Rufa Mae Quinto on late husband's Trevor Magallanes: 'Mag-asawa pa rin kami'

Rufa Mae Quinto revealed that she and her late husband, Trevor Magallanes, are still legally married, and neither of them has filed for annulment.
"Mag-asawa pa rin kami ni Trevor, walang nag-file sa amin ng annulment," Rufa said in her Facebook post.
Rufa recalled that she and Trevor got married in 2016, but said she is still shocked by suddenly becoming a widow.
"Shock pa rin at nagluluksa po kaming mag-ina," she said.
Rufa thanked everyone who sent their condolences and love.
"Lord please give me and Athena our daughter strength. Ang sakit," the actress said.
Meanwhile, Rufa continued to ask the public to be mindful about their posts regarding Trevor's death and not to use the tragedy merely for content.
"As we cautiously navigate through this emotionally difficult period in our lives, we would appreciate discretion from everyone. Nakikiusap ako na huwag naman po ninyong gamitin ang pangyayaring ito para magkaroon lamang kayo ng 'content'."
She again urged everyone to avoid spreading unverified information, emphasizing that only she will release official statements.
"As the wife of Trev, all information surrounding his passing will come from me. Ang lahat ng detalye ay maaari ko lang maibigay sa tamang oras. For the sake of our daughter, Athena, please refrain from spreading unverified information that she can access through social media," Rufa said.
"Let us just remember the good times that we had with my husband, Trev," she added.
Rufa shared the heartbreaking news about her husband's reported passing on Thursday and asked for time and space as they grieve.
